Fawcus Corporate particularly specialises in developing exit strategies and handling company sales assignments for entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses, family owned companies and other SME's. We take a professional and constructive hands on approach to leading clients through all aspects of the sale transaction process.

The Corporate Finance Lead Advisory services provided on sale assignments include:

• originating deals by identifying and then approaching a range of suitable potential purchasers;
• leading all aspects of the negotiations to Heads of Agreement;
• project managing the transaction, working on a team basis with the client and their other professional advisors to secure a successful completion in line with the shareholders' strategic objectives.

Deal sizes are typically in the range of £1m to £10m, but some assignments fall outside this range, including transactions with enterprise values in excess of £20m.

Fawcus Corporate also helps carefully selected start up and early stage businesses with strong management teams build their strategy and to secure their funding requirements.

Strategic advisory services include helping ambitious clients determine their business direction in line with the personal aspirations of the shareholders, directors and other key management, often with a view to building ultimate exit value in the short to medium term.  This can involve the implementation of value enhancing buy and build strategies.
